“We are very excited for tomorrow!”

Hello everyone! Here you have another summary of our day during the TeeNEXTersweek.

We woke up between 7am and 8:30am to get ready and have a little breakfast before going to Le Grand Bleu. We arrived at Le Grand Bleu around 9:30am and we had a breakfastcoffee together.

To continue waking us up, we did our daily artistic warm up with Naja, the Danish leader. We started with some games with chairs and pictures. The picture game was a really funny game, because one person started to act like an object, for example a dog, and we had to add things that fitted in the context so we could make the perfect scene. After those games, we gathered in teams to give reviews of yesterday’s show.

After that, we got a sentence that was said in the show and we had to write a text with the precise sentence. One of the sentences was: “Don’t worry, everyone is still alive”, so you had to add that sentence in the text you wanted to write.

The moment we finished writing our texts, we presented it to everyone. While almost everyone was doing this exercise, 4 teeNEXTers from each country did a little video to promote our restitution that will take place at la Condition Publique in Roubaix, tomorrow at 6pm.

Then, around 11:30am, we finished some of yesterday before we had lunch. We got back to work at around 2pm. We worked on tomorrow’s restitution, some of us edited videos from earlier and we finished most of what we started to be ready for saturday. We are almost ready but we know tomorrow is going to be a busy day. “It is a lot of work, but we are very excited for tomorrow, it is going to be a big day for us!”

Finally, we will go this evening to two different shows. 9 teeNEXTers will go to the “One Song’ show in Deinze, Belgium and the 8 others will go to the Opéra de Lille to see Boris Charmatz’s show called 10 000 gestes.

We’ll keep you updated on Saturday’s work and restitution which we are all very excited about!
